SUMMARY:
Responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of boilers, hot water systems, electrical troubleshooting and repair. Also requires experience with pumps, associated piping, welding, and soldering.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for servicing product and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial boiler systems
- Uses a variety of hand tools to diagnose and repair units.
- Uses power tools and computers
- Identifies, analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs systems and products at customers’ location.
- Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
- Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary.
- Maintains vehicles by keeping records of service manuals, scheduling, and completing repairs and maintenance service.
- Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
- Determines parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need.
- Provides technical support to customers.
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
- Be knowledgeable with the products and services offered by LMS and become effective in the sales of those products and services.
- Recognize opportunities and actively promote sales.
- Maintain and submit timesheets and service reports for accounting to ensure prompt and accurate billing.

Salary Range : $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
