Les Olson IT is looking for a driven Equipment Technology Executive (ETE) to join our team in St. George, Utah. In this outside sales role, you’ll help businesses throughout Southern Utah improve the way they work by providing industry-leading office technology, document solutions, and business services backed by one of the West’s most respected technology companies.

As an Equipment Technology Executive, you’ll be responsible for developing new business, growing your territory, and becoming a trusted technology partner to businesses throughout Southern Utah.

You will:

• Prospect and develop new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and strategic outreach.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Meet with business owners, executives, and decision-makers to understand their goals, workflows, and operational challenges.
• Recommend office technology, document imaging, and workflow solutions designed to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Expand relationships with existing customers through upgrades, additional locations, and technology enhancements.
• Partner with service, operations, and technical specialists to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline information, and forecasting within our CRM.
• Consistently work toward and exceed monthly sales goals.

• 2+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling office technology, copiers, managed print, IT services, telecom, SaaS, payroll, or other business solutions is a plus.
• Strong prospecting and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to confidently develop relationships with business owners and executive decision-makers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• College degree appreciated, but not required.

Compensation includes:

• $30,000 annual base salary
• $550 monthly vehicle and cell phone reimbursement
• Uncapped commission plan
• First-year commission guarantee
