You will serve as a key technical expert, executing high-quality commercial single ply roofing installations and repairs across Barnstable and Plymouth Counties. • Execute the installation and repair of commercial single ply roofing systems in strict accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship to ensure every project meets the company's "no-shortcut" quality guarantee.
• Communicate effectively with customers on-site to provide project updates and ensure a professional service experience.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including OSHA standards, fall protection, and proper lift operation to maintain a zero-incident environment.
• Lead by example in the field by maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude and a "take charge" approach to daily tasks.
• Document project progress and report site conditions to field operations leadership to ensure timely project completion.

• Extensive experience specifically within commercial single ply roofing systems and flat roof repairs.
• 10 years of work experience in the commercial flat roofing industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for direct customer interaction.
• Proven ability to take initiative on job sites and work with a high level of attention to detail.
• Possession of a valid drivers license and a reliable history of professional attendance.
• Physical ability to perform roofing labor and a commitment to following all company safety procedures.

• Experience or training in architectural metal, copperwork, or residential carpentry.
• Prior completion of OSHA safety training or manufacturer-specific installation certifications.
