Integrative Psychotherapist | Reset Brain and Body
Plymouth or Northville, Michigan

Come practice the way therapy was meant to be.

If you are looking for a practice that pairs exceptionally high clinical standards with real human support, you belong at Reset Brain and Body. We built an environment that honors the whole person—both the client sitting on the couch and the clinician sitting across from them.

We started with a simple truth: standard talk therapy only gets clients so far. Real healing happens when we engage the whole human. We weave somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, and mind-body clinical practices into every aspect of our care.

We are looking for fully licensed psychotherapists (LP, LLP, LPC, LMSW, LMFT) who care deeply about their craft, bring positive energy to their team, and want to practice alongside a supportive, highly collaborative group.

Why Reset Feels Different

• High standards of care with real support: Excellence takes investment. We back our high clinical expectations with mandatory weekly team consultations, continuous skill-building, and shared training so you are always growing and never practicing in isolation.

• A vibrant, connected culture: We care deeply about fostering warm, high-energy exchanges—in person—with clients and each other. We look for true team players who show up for their colleagues and care about our local communities.

• Clear expectations, sustainable pace: We maintain clear performance metrics and structured caseload targets based on Full-Time or Part-Time status (approx. 23 client sessions/week for FT, 18 clients/week for Part-Time) so you always know where you stand, while operating inside a system designed to protect against burnout.

• A W-2 model built for longevity: Enjoy financial stability, strong health benefits, paid administrative time, and a Certified Great Place to Work environment.

• Thoughtfully designed healing spaces: Serene, intentionally built physical offices designed to ground both you and the clients.
