Process and Maintain payroll data such as:

Child Support Orders

Garnishments

Levies

Income Withholdings

Timely setup all deductions pertaining to any court order.

Respond to Wage Summons, Interrogatories, etc.

Handle and respond to phone calls regarding any court order from the Courts, Attorneys or Employees.

Ensure the proper amount of deductions are withheld from employee pay checks.

Handle light bookkeeping responsibilities.

Balance and tie out Garnishment Withholding deductions

Additional job duties as assigned.

Reviews and immediately responds (within 24 hours of receipt) to all cases assigned in Salesforce.

Immediately responds (within 24 hours of receipt) to all client inquiries.

Timely (by deadline) responds to all income withholding notices and helps prepare for hearings.

Follows all state and federal laws, as well as company policies and procedures.

Protects the company from liability and exposure.

Keeps up to date on changes to state and federal law through continuous education and publication.

Continues to learn and grow as a garnishment professional through continuous education.

Share ideas that will help you and/or the company grow.

Attendance

Alignment of personal and Company goals and objectives.

Follows all state and local laws. As well as company policies and procedures.

Provides timely (by deadline), accurate (no errors and/or complaints) and complete garnishment reports.

Completes mandatory training.

Experience in PEO (Professional Employer Organization) preferred

Ability to read and understand legal documents.

General knowledge of Internet navigation and research, email, fax transmissions, phone communication, and copy equipment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
