We’re looking for a Field Service Representative who thrives in a hands-on, customer-facing role—someone who enjoys solving technical challenges and making a real impact in the lab environment. This role is primarily focused on the Greater Boston area, with additional required travel to client sites located in the Midwest and Canada.
What You’ll Do- Deliver On-Site Technical Service
Travel to customer sites to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment across a range of INTEGRA products (MEDIACLAVE/MEDIAJET, VIAFLO 96/384, ASSIST Plus, VIAFILL, WELLJET, ASSIST).
- Maintain & Optimize Equipment Performance
Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and system testing to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot Complex Issues
Resolve mechanical, electrical, and software problems quickly to minimize customer downtime.
- Support & Educate Customers
Communicate clearly before, during, and after service visits—providing recommendations to improve equipment performance and longevity.
- Keep Accurate Service Records
Document all service activities, parts usage, and equipment status using ERP systems (SAP/Salesforce).
- Balance Field & Office Work
When not traveling, manage administrative tasks and service documentation.
- Technical training or hands-on experience in equipment repair, maintenance, or field service
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and/or software systems
- Experience in life sciences or laboratory environments is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and make decisions in the field
- Flexibility to balance travel and administrative responsibilities
- Valid driver’s license required
- Requires 50–75% travel, primarily within the Greater Boston area, with additional travel to Midwest locations (e.g., Chicago, Minneapolis) and Canada, including occasional overnight stays.
