Who You Are:

We are in search of an exceptional and professional Pharmacist who will show up to support our team and patients with a great attitude and strong work ethic. As a Pharmacist, we want more than a license, we’re looking for a dedicated professional who’s excited to grow with a company that’s doing big things. • Must be currently licensed in the state of Washington
• Compounding and laboratory experience is a plus but not required
• Experience is great, but attitude, reliability, and growth mindset matter most!
• Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Pharmacist, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our skilled team to ensure every patient receives medications that meet the highest quality standards. Your day may include:

• Supervises, coordinates, and participates in the preparation of sterile and non-sterile admixtures
• Prescription verification after it’s typed
• Final verification after fulfillment by the labs
• Pharmacist responsibilities for patient consultations over the phone
• Communication with providers for prescription clarifications
• Ensuring dispensing practices meet all regulatory and professional standards
• Maintains pharmacy records under applicable laws and regulations
• Participates in orientation/training programs for new team members and current staff
• Participates in department quality assurance and process improvement activities

Position Hours: Full Time. Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm. Occasional weekends on a rotating basis.
