At ApolloX Pest Control, protecting the health and property of our friends and neighbors is more than just business, it's our passion. We are veteran owned and look for veterans to join us. We love what we do, so we do it with care and an enduring commitment to excellence. If you enjoy being recognized as an expert, you'll love life as a Pest Control Technician at ApolloX Pest Control, where we provide our service team with all the training, tools, and technology to perform with pride and accuracy our best-in-class services.

Experienced (5 years +) Pest Control Technicians start at $25 per hour depending on your work and life experiences as well as your aptitude for working independently, solving problems, serving and helping others, and selling.

Our ideal candidate is a conscientious, organized, and friendly individual who enjoys helping others. We offer a positive work environment with helpful coworkers and steady full-time work year-round.

More Benefits!

In addition to a strong starting wage, Experienced Pest Control Technicians can earn sales commissions from selling our services from leads provided and cross-sales. ApolloX Pest Control also provides:

• Company service vehicle (for work use only)
• Company-supplied uniforms, safety equipment, and great pest control tools that other companies don't provide to help you work smarter and more efficiently, not harder
• Christmas bonus based on time served with the company
• 50% medical up to $300 after 60 days
• 10 days PTO after the first year
• 8 Paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, 2 at Thanksgiving, and 2 at Christmas)

Unlike most pest control companies, our work schedule is different -- our Pest Control Service Technicians are full-time and year-round and work either four or five days per week, including overtime in days worked. In a four-day workweek, there is quality of life balance whereby one week you work Saturday and get another weekday off to do your thing and the following week you get two weekdays off EVEN IN THE SUMMER instead of getting burned out and not enjoying the summer.

Our Experienced Pest Control Technicians do heavy lifting (e.g., sometimes must wear a 74-pound back pack for some jobs) so you must be physically strong and fit. You must have a Connecticut driver's license with a driving history that can meet our insurance company's requirements.

Company-paid training is in Fairfield. If you join our team, you would be required to commute daily to our Fairfield office. After training is completed, you will be assigned a service vehicle.

Get ahead! Get with ApolloX Pest Control!

We look forward to hearing from you!
