Presbyterian Village North is currently hiring a Part-Time CDL Driver Transportation Specialist for our Continuing Care Retirement Community. You're going to love it here!
Part-time hours depends on the activities in the community but is normally 8:00am-2:00pm.
Will include some evenings/weekends. Will not exceed 29 hours/week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Model a service attitude towards others, takes ownership in solving problems and takes the initiative to make things better, is friendly and courteous to residents, patients, visitors, and co-workers

Ensure resident/patient, visitor, and co-worker safety by remaining aware of and reporting any new or existing safety hazards

Maintain good attendance record

Manage the interior cleaning of the buses (mopping, cleaning interior windows, wiping down all surfaces, etc.)

Assist with purchasing departmental cleaning supplies

Follow daily schedule and discuss any scheduling problems and/or conflicts with Transportation Manager

Drive van or bus to deliver and pick-up residents to and from appointments through the city

Alert appropriate personnel regarding routine maintenance schedules: oil changes, inspections, tag renewal, etc.

Provide other transportation services as required, i.e. employee injuries, miscellaneous deliveries

Assist with activity programs and front office support, as assigned by supervisor, when not scheduled for driving assignments

Other duties as assigned by Transportation Manager or Director of Residential Services
