Unlike school bus positions, this role operates 12 months a year with no unpaid school breaks.

We reward long‑term commitment with increasing PTO every year:
- Year 1: 7 days PTO

- 56 hours of paid sick time annually
Pay Rate$19.25
*+$2.00 per hour for routes requiring CPR certification

- Monitor passenger well‑being throughout the route
- Communicate professionally with drivers, dispatch, supervisors, and program staff
- Follow all safety procedures, route instructions, and company policies
- Provide a calm, respectful, and supportive presence at all times
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable individuals
- Comfortable working with adults with special needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Able to pass a non‑DOT drug test and physical
- Guaranteed minimum: 20 hours per week
- Average: 20–25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Routes may offer additional hours
- Consistent work all year: no unpaid breaks
