We are seeking a Parts Order Clerk to join our team for a large furniture retailer. This person will be a proactive communicator with excellent customer service skills and the ability to assist clients quickly and effectively. The ideal candidate will help ensure the smooth operation of our service department by coordinating service requests, entering notes from field technicians, and ordering parts as requested by repair technicians or customer service.

Requirements:

• Ability to prioritize tasks and projects with good time management skills.

• Address customer complaints, provide troubleshooting, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Become familiar with service warranties and schedule accordingly.

• Maintains an understanding of all products and services offered, as well as the policies and procedures.

• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.

• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

• Must be familiar with working in a customer service environment (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
