OT Assistant- Acute Rehabilitation

Description:

• Implement and document patient treatment per plan of care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Provide formal and informal teaching to patients and their family members
• Notify therapists of changes in patient status and document in the medical record
• Complete progress notes accurately and legibly and submit timely

Experience/Education:

• Graduate of an accredited two year occupational therapy assistant program
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the State of Georgia
• BCLS certified
• Experience preferred
