We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager for one of our clients in the Des Moines, IA area. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with all applicable environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities include conducting site audits and inspections, identifying compliance gaps, implementing corrective actions, and partnering with operational teams to ensure timely resolution of safety concerns. The EHS Manager will also oversee compliance with industry standards and government regulations, develop and maintain safety programs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to protect employees, facilities, and company assets.
