About the Role:
At Corus Hospice in Albuquerque, we believe end-of-life care is sacred. As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on support to patients and families during some of life’s most meaningful moments. If you’re an experienced hospice aide who values personal connection and flexible scheduling, you’ll feel right at home here.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personal care with dignity and respect, including bathing, grooming, and mobility support
  
• Follow care plans and clinical guidance under the supervision of RNs
  
• Support patients in their homes with household tasks that contribute to health and comfort
  
• Document visits accurately and communicate changes in patient condition
  
• Assist with exercises, mobility, and therapeutic activities as directed
  
• Participate in team meetings and patient care conferences
  
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards
  
• Be present, calm, and grounded for families in times of transition
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Completion of a Medicare-approved CNA program
  
• Proven experience providing hospice or end-of-life care
  
• A compassionate heart and a steady presence
  
• Ability to document care clearly and communicate professionally
  
• Physical ability to support patient needs and home-based care environments
  
• Respect for cultural, spiritual, and emotional differences in end-of-life experiences
  
• A commitment to showing up — not just in body, but in spirit
  
• Emotional resilience and maturity
