Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the Quality Assurance Program in accordance with ASME NQA-1 and applicable regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific QA requirements and nuclear quality procedures.
• Develop, revise, and maintain QA procedures, work instructions, and supporting documentation.
• Partner with Project Managers, Engineers, and Field teams to integrate QA requirements into project execution.
• Support project planning activities including quality plans, procedure selection, and requirement flow-down.
• Review project documentation for compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Support supplier and subcontractor qualification, oversight, and documentation reviews.
• Plan and support internal, external, and customer audits.
• Track audit findings, corrective actions, and effectiveness reviews.
• Support root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor quality trends and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure quality activities align with safety and environmental standards.

Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience in commercial nuclear or government nuclear environments.
• Hands-on experience with ASME NQA-1 and/or 10 CFR 50 Appendix B.
• Experience in project-based engineering or technical services organizations.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and QA requirements.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience:

• ASME or ANSI Lead Auditor certification.
• Experience supporting engineering services, field services, or project execution.
• Familiarity with customer-specific nuclear QA flow-down requirements.
• Audit, corrective action, and supplier oversight experience.
