Who We Are

Red E was founded in 2012 with a simple mission: help farmers get more life, performance, and reliability out of the equipment they already own.

What started as a small engineering firm quickly evolved into something bigger: a company dedicated to designing high-performance aftermarket solutions for air seeders, planters, and other agricultural equipment.

Today, Red E serves farmers across North America and around the world with engineering, parts, and full-service rebuild solutions designed to help them keep their equipment running better than new.

How We're Different

Plain and simple, it's our culture and our drive for excellence. We're a team that takes pride in doing good work, solving problems, supporting one another, and continually finding ways to get better.

We focus on four key areas:

1. Leadership: Lead by example through servant leadership and create an environment where people can take ownership and pride in what they do.
2. Purpose: Understand what we do and why it matters. Our work supports farmers and helps bring better products, services, and solutions to the marketplace.
3. Opportunity: Continually look for ways to improve, learn, solve problems, and create value.
4. Growth: Keep moving forward. If we aren't growing, we aren't winning.

Good alone. Together excellent.
