Working from prints, travelers, and instructions, the role includes selecting materials, checking dimensions with measuring tools, deburring parts, and making necessary adjustments to meet specifications. Operators are expected to perform first-piece and in-process inspections, use cranes or carts to move materials, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Familiarity with both imperial and metric measurements is required, along with the ability to cross-train on other machines and assist in maintaining workplace safety.
