Responsibilities:

• Interpreted blueprints to verify dimensions, tolerances, and production requirements, ensuring high-quality output
• Operated multiple multi-spindle screw machines simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting production rate standards
• Sharpened and maintained cutting tools, including cut-off blades, form tools, shave tools, and drills
• Monitored and maintained proper machine fluid levels to support optimal performance
• Analyzed SPC (Statistical Process Control) charts to assess quality data and make necessary process adjustments
• Ensured compliance with quality standards through continuous inspection and process monitoring
• Maintained a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Performed additional duties and assignments as required to support production goals

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Qualified candidates must have knowledge of blueprints and gaging.
• Must have prior experience with multi-spindle screw machines.
