Reports To: Joe Kubik, Plant Manager
Department: SHOP
Location: On-Site – Lakewood, CO
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $20.00 – $36.00 / hour

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute work orders efficiently using strategic production planning
- Conduct pre-work order page turns with Plant Manager/Shop Foreman — understanding scope, shipment items, planned hours, and commitment dates
- Report daily on planned vs. actual hours, commitment tracking, and QA/QC issues
- Follow Edge Quality Assurance/Quality Control processes consistently
- Become proficient in Innergy — time tracking, labor hours, shipment items, BOM, and Labor Kanban
- Palletize, label, and stage product per Edge protocol
- Practice LEAN building and 5S methodology (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
- Build strong working relationships with engineering, purchasing, and shipping/receiving departments
- Complete Edge Tool Assessment and Forklift Certification programs
Communicate setbacks immediately and present action plans to get back on track
Requirements:WHAT YOU BRING
- 3–5 years of experience with commercial architectural millwork
- Proficiency with handheld and stationary woodworking tools
- Ability to read architectural millwork blueprints
- Solid math aptitude and tape measure proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting deadlines
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and ability to adhere to company schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 or older
Education/Experience
- 3 to 5 years’ experience with commercial architectural millwork.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
