Basic Function:

Install and repair tires in an accurate and timely manner

Reporting:

Reports directly to the Speed Lane Captain

Position Responsibilities:

Performs installations and all service work according to store specifications and to the satisfaction of customers.
Keeps the building, lot, warehouse, and shop clean, orderly, and well organized.
Safeguards and maintains company property, tools, and equipment.
Complies with every provision in the company safety program.
Ensures that all appropriate additions, changes, and other work order information is given to the counter person for inclusion on final invoicing.
Stocks store racks with products.
Communicates with customers when necessary.
Other duties as assigned.

Position Requires:

Able to follow directions from a supervisor.
Able to interact effectively with co-workers.
Able to understand and comply with posted rules and procedures.
