Responsibilities:

• Lead the day ? to ? day execution of all apparel embellishment operations, ensuring high standards for quality, productivity, and on ? time order fulfillment
• Provide hands ? on leadership on the production floor, clearly communicating priorities, expectations, and performance goals
• Oversee the application of company branding, customization, and specialty graphics across a wide range of garment styles and materials
• Ensure consistent quality and process control across embroidery, heat transfer, DTF/DTG printing, laser engraving, and sewing operations
• Actively monitor shopper performance and address quality, capacity, staffing, or equipment challenges in real time
• Track and analyze key production metricsincluding throughput, labor efficiency, scrap rates, unit costs, and machine utilization-and drive corrective actions as needed
• Develop, document, and maintain standard work procedures, quality standards, and training requirements for all embellishment processes
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with decoration equipment, coordinating maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime
• Maintain equipment readiness, including preventive maintenance, material availability, and coordination with external vendors and service providers
• Collaborate closely with Planning, Procurement, and Operations teams to align production output with demand forecasts and delivery commitments

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in apparel embellishment or related manufacturing operations
• Strong hands-on knowledge of multiple decoration techniques, with emphasis on embroidery and heat transfer
• Experience operating and troubleshooting ZSK and Tajima embroidery machines
• Working knowledge of embroidery files and workflows (DST creation and management)
• Proven ability to lead production teams and drive accountability on the floor
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive performance improvement
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality and process discipline
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Ability to lift to 35 pounds and spend extended time on the production floor
