Job purpose

The Production Utility Worker supports daily manufacturing operations by performing a variety of line tasks, including product handling, inspection, packing, material movement, cleaning, and sanitation. This role provides essential support across multiple production lines and must be adaptable, safety-focused, and able to learn tasks quickly.

Wage: $16.00 per hour + $2.50 shift differential per hour

Duties and responsibilities

Core Production Tasks

Cleaning & Sanitation (Required for ALL employees)

• Use of mild chemicals and water
• Extended cleaning tasks up to a full 8-hour shift
• Training for Level 3 and Level 4 sanitation processes
• Follow all sanitation, GMP, and Food Safety protocols without exception.
• Safety & Compliance
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
• Remain alert and aware of surroundings while working on or near machinery.
• Comply with all company policies, GMPs, and Food Safety requirements.
• Treat all co-workers with respect and maintain a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions from Line Leads, Supervisors, and Shift Managers.
• Strong attention to detail (e.g., labeling, lot codes, product quality checks).
• Good personal hygiene and adherence to GMPs.
• Ability to work effectively alone or as part of a team.
