Company Overview
At Flawless Med Spa, part of the Alpha Aesthetics Partners family, we pride ourselves on being more than a med spa — we’re a close-knit team that feels like family. We live by “all vibes, one tribe” — blending professionalism, innovation, and fun. For the past 14 years, our patients have trusted us to deliver the very best medical aesthetic treatments in New Mexico because our providers aren’t just highly trained — they’re deeply invested in our community and each other.
As part of Alpha Aesthetics Partners, we’re connected to some of the top med spas and aesthetics practices in the country. With access to best-in-class training, expert knowledge sharing, and business support, our providers are empowered to focus on what matters most: exceptional patient care and growth.
Position Summary
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated RN & Laser Technician to join our Flawless family. In this role, you’ll perform advanced aesthetic services with a focus on laser devices and other energy-based treatments — with the opportunity to expand into injectables based on your background and expertise. Through Alpha University, you’ll gain access to trainings from industry leaders like Lori Robertson and others, making continuing education an integral part of your career path.
You’ll collaborate with our nurses, estheticians, and front desk team to create outstanding client experiences that keep our patients coming back year after year.
In addition to hourly compensation, you’ll be eligible for Alpha Shares, an equity-based bonus model that allows providers to become part-owners in the Alpha Aesthetics Partners network.
This is more than a job — it’s a chance to join a supportive, high-energy culture where laughter, learning, and teamwork are just as important as the results we deliver.
Key Responsibilities
- Laser Treatments: Safely and effectively administer PICO laser, CoolPeel Co2, laser hair removal and other tissue-altering procedures, customizing each treatment to client needs.
- Consultations: Conduct thoughtful, educational consultations and design personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals.
- Patient Care & Education: Provide clear pre- and post-treatment guidance and build lasting trust through compassionate communication.
- Client Safety: Maintain the highest infection control and safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with RNs, estheticians, and leadership to ensure seamless care.
- Community Engagement: Represent Flawless with pride at events, promotions, or social campaigns as needed.
Why Join Flawless?
- Family Atmosphere: Our team supports one another like family — you’ll never feel like just a number here.
- Culture of Fun: We celebrate wins together, share laughs daily, and believe joy belongs at work.
- Professional Excellence: We set the standard for safety and results in New Mexico, combining artistry with evidence-based treatments. Through Alpha University, you’ll also access world-class trainings from experts like Lori Robertson, Steve Yoelin, Julie Horne, Leslie Fletcher, and more.
- Innovation & Growth: With the backing of Alpha Aesthetics Partners, we invest in cutting-edge technology and ongoing education.
- Community Connection: We’re proud to be rooted in Albuquerque and to serve our patients like neighbors.
At Flawless, you’ll do more than perform procedures — you’ll build relationships, elevate confidence, and help shape the future of aesthetics in New Mexico.
