Part-Time Esthetician
Capital City Club, one of the finest private Clubs in the South, is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Part-Time Esthetician.
Core Responsibilities:
Skincare Treatments: Perform a variety of professional skincare services, including customized facials, chemical peels, extractions, microdermabrasion, and hair removal.
Client Management: Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to understand each member’s skincare concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.
Member Experience & Business Operations: Promote Club spa services and assist with scheduling and member bookings.
Sanitation & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment. Properly sanitize equipment and treatment areas and follow all applicable state regulations and Club policies.
Product Sales: Educate members on proper product use and skincare routines while supporting retail sales and helping clients achieve their skincare goals.
Requirements

• Valid state esthetician license
• Minimum of 2 years’ skincare experience required
• Strong knowledge of different facials, skincare routines and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Professional and polished appearance
• Self-Motivated
• Flexible schedule, with availability to work weekends and holidays

Schedule
Part-time schedule based on Club and member needs, with availability to work weekends and holidays.
