Resident Salon Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Licensed Nail Technician to provide professional nail care services to seniors in a welcoming senior living community in the Louisville, Kentucky area.

This is more than a traditional nail technician position. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while providing personalized services that promote confidence, relaxation, dignity, and overall well-being.

As a Licensed Nail Technician, you will:

• Provide professional manicures, pedicures, and hand and foot treatments tailored to the unique needs of mature clientele
• Deliver compassionate, personalized service to senior residents
• Create and maintain a clean, safe, calming, and welcoming service environment
• Build warm and trusting relationships through kind, respectful, and professional interactions
• Use techniques and products appropriate for mature skin and nails
• Follow all company, Kentucky state licensing, hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols
• Help residents feel confident, cared for, and pampered

• Current Kentucky Nail Technician or Cosmetology License
• Professional experience providing manicures, pedicures, and other nail services
• Experience working with seniors, older adults, or in a senior living or healthcare environment is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, compassionate, and dependable personality
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional service and building meaningful relationships
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
