Join our Autism Residential Intensive Treatment Team in Southborough, MA as a BCBA FELLOW — where we will provide you with unmatched clinical and educational mentorship from expert clinicians and educators.
What You’ll Do:
-
Receive behavioral skills training from master's and doctoral-level clinicians on the assessment and treatment of problem behavior.
Gain experience designing and implementing functional analyses
Gain experience designing and implementing function-based treatments across a wide array of learners
Gain experience with graphing and data interpretation

Practical application of the principles of behavior analysis to create meaningful progress for those we serve

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Credential
Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors
Valid Driver’s License with personal vehicle
CPR training (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)
NECC CALM training — Physical and Verbal De-escalation training and Medication Administration training (ability to get MAP Certified)
