Valid New York State Security Guard License.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts based on event schedules.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
Proficiency in preparing reports and using basic computer applications.
Fire Guard certification (F-03, F-04).
