A Day on the Job Summary:

The Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked locker room while delivering high-quality shoe care services to Members. This role focuses on creating a comfortable, welcoming environment and ensuring a high standard of personal service.

Essential Job Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the locker room at all times
• Monitor and restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and other amenities
• Provide professional shoe cleaning and polishing services for members
• Ensure all Member areas are presentable and meet club standards
• Respond promptly to Member requests and provide exceptional customer service
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards

Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in hospitality or similar service roles preferred

Working Conditions:

• Indoor locker room setting
• Requires standing, walking, and light physical tasks throughout the shift
• Seasonal position: immediate start until approximately November 1st (or sooner depending on season).
