Your role goes beyond gathering requirements; you will shape the direction of our client platform by transforming complex clinical research needs into actionable engineering deliverables. Join us and spearhead the charge toward a product future that transcends the ordinary.

You will be focused on eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring that development teams have clear, testable, and well-prioritized specifications to deliver against.

• Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status, requirements clarity, and delivery recommendations.

• Elicit, document, and manage business requirements from product owners and stakeholders.

• Translate requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications in Jira/Confluence.

• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder review sessions in collaboration with engineering and QA.

• Conduct gap analyses and workflow mapping to identify process improvements on the BX platform.

• Support UAT (user acceptance testing) planning, test script preparation, and stakeholder sign-off.

• Produce clear documentation including BRDs, process flows, data dictionaries, and use case diagrams.

• Engage in agile software development including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and governance activities.

• Experience/expertise in the following areas specified below:

• Elicit and document requirements from business and technical stakeholders in a software product environment

• Author user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and process documentation to a high standard

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage backlog priorities in Jira and Confluence

• Support UAT planning and execution, serving as a liaison between business and QA teams

• CBAP or equivalent business analysis certification.

• Familiarity with API concepts and ability to review technical specifications.

• Experience in a multi-vendor delivery model.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
