This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Trainers Network – Bosnian based in Kenya.

Join a global contributor network helping shape the future of artificial intelligence through language expertise, cultural awareness, and attention to detail. This opportunity connects Bosnian-speaking contributors with flexible, remote projects that support the development of more accurate, inclusive, and human-centered AI systems. Depending on your skills and availability, you may contribute to data annotation, search and content evaluation, or prompt creation for large language models. Projects vary in scope and duration, with details shared before you decide whether to participate. Please note that this is a talent community opportunity, not an active job opening, and joining the network does not guarantee immediate project assignments. It offers the opportunity to contribute to evolving AI initiatives as suitable projects become available.

Depending on the requirements of each project, your responsibilities may include:

• Annotating and labeling text, images, or audio to support AI model training.

• Evaluating search results, advertisements, and chatbot responses for quality, relevance, and accuracy.

• Creating, testing, and refining prompts to improve the performance of large language models.

• Reviewing content to ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance for Bosnian-speaking audiences.

• Following project-specific guidelines and quality standards while delivering accurate, consistent work.

• Managing assigned tasks according to agreed timelines and project requirements.

• Reviewing project details, including scope, duration, and compensation, before accepting an assignment.

The ideal contributor combines strong Bosnian language skills with curiosity about technology and a careful, detail-oriented approach. You should be comfortable working with digital tools, following structured instructions, and evaluating content objectively. Requirements include:

• Native or near-native fluency in Bosnian.

• English proficiency sufficient to understand project instructions and guidelines.

• Current residence in Slovenia for this opportunity.

• Confidence using digital tools and online platforms.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn.

• Cultural awareness and an interest in language, technology, and AI development.

• The ability to work independently and follow project-specific quality standards.

• Flexible participation: Choose whether to take part in projects based on your availability and preferences.

• Remote opportunities: Contribute to eligible projects from your location, subject to individual project requirements.

• Variety of assignments: Potential opportunities in data annotation, content evaluation, and prompt creation.

• Contribution to AI development: Help improve the accuracy, inclusivity, and usefulness of AI systems.

• Global community: Join an international network of contributors with diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.

• Potential for growth: Gain experience across different AI-related tasks as suitable projects become available.

• Transparent project details: Receive information about responsibilities, timelines, and compensation before deciding whether to participate.

• Compensation: Rates and payment arrangements are project-specific and will be communicated before an assignment. No fixed salary or guaranteed volume of work is specified.

• Healthcare and additional benefits: Not specified; these should be confirmed if applicable to a particular project.
