Custom Service Hardware | Turn Design Ideas into Beautiful Spaces

Custom Service Hardware is looking for a customer-focused, design-minded Cabinet Sales & Design Specialist to help customers bring their vision to life! In this role, you’ll combine your creativity, kitchen and bath design expertise, product knowledge, and sales skills to create beautiful, functional cabinet solutions that fit each customer’s needs and budget.

From the first conversation to the final order, you’ll guide customers through the entire process—including design, product selection, quoting, and purchasing—while building lasting relationships and helping drive sales growth.

If you enjoy solving design challenges, helping customers make confident decisions, and turning project ideas into reality, this is an opportunity to make a real impact!

• Consult & Connect: Work directly with homeowners, contractors, builders, dealers, and other customers to understand their project goals, design preferences, lifestyle needs, and budgets.
• Design With Purpose: Create attractive, functional cabinet layouts using 2020/Cyncly Design software, balancing style, space, functionality, and value.
• Bring Ideas to Life: Present design concepts, cabinet configurations, finishes, and product recommendations that help customers visualize their finished spaces.
• Drive Sales: Guide customers through product selection, design consultations, quotations, revisions, and order placement to turn opportunities into sales.
• Prepare Accurate Quotes: Develop detailed cabinet quotations and proposals that align with customer expectations, product specifications, and design requirements.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Deliver exceptional service, maintain regular communication, and follow up on quotes and sales opportunities to strengthen customer loyalty and grow revenue.
• Support the Showroom: Inspire customers with product knowledge, design ideas, cabinet solutions, and current kitchen and bath trends.
• Coordinate for Success: Partner with vendors, installers, and internal teams to ensure designs are accurate, practical, and ready for successful execution.
• Manage the Details: Maintain organized customer records, design files, sales opportunities, and communications in CRM and ERP systems.
• Provide Ongoing Support: Assist with order changes, revisions, warranty requests, and post-sale questions while supporting the broader cabinet team as needed.
• Keep Growing: Stay current on cabinet products, design software, industry trends, and best practices through ongoing training.

• A passion for kitchen and bath design, cabinetry, interiors, and helping customers create spaces they love.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, follow up, and help convert quotes into orders.
• An eye for detail and the ability to develop accurate, functional, and visually appealing designs.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with customers, vendors, and teammates.
• Professional telephone etiquette and a customer-first approach.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in cabinet sales, kitchen and bath design, interior design, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with 2020/Cyncly Design software preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word; familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.

This position works primarily in an office and showroom environment with a mild to moderate noise level. Occasional on-site measurements and customer consultations may be required.

Combine your creativity and people skills with the opportunity to build customer relationships, influence purchasing decisions, and contribute to sales growth. You’ll help customers navigate important design decisions while delivering cabinet solutions that bring their projects to life.
