What you will do!

• Collaborate with Foundation leadership to implement annual development goals and strategic plans
• Acts as primary lead managing event committees
• Implement, assist, and provide logistic coordination for fundraising initiatives and events, including managing timelines and budgets.
• Act as point of contact for general public and volunteers for events
• Participate in Foundation events which may occur outside of typical business hours
• In accordance and compliance with IRS guidelines, manages in-kind donation process and records
• Assist with managing event software
• Solicit and collects feedback to analyze event performance
• Manage logistical planning of board and committee meetings, meal functions and gatherings
• Maintain board and committee records, minutes and manages communications
• Coordinate donors and volunteers communications
• Manage event RSVPs
• Perform various advanced administrative support to Foundation President with a customer service focus, including but not limited to; front desk support for walk-ins and appointments, phone system management, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining supply inventory, and ordering supplies
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function

What you will bring!

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fundraising, annual giving, events management or related field required
• Experience working with volunteers preferred
