AA Spine & Pain Clinic is seeking a Prior Authorization Specialist. As a Prior Authorization Specialist you will be responsible for coordinating and securing prior authorizations for visits and procedures. This role will ensure that we have accurate processing times while collaborating with providers, payers and patients to minimize delays in patient care.

Key Responsibilities to include:

Reviewing and submitting prior authorization requests to insurance carriers in compliance with payer requirements.

Submit necessary clinical documentation from providers to support authorization request.

Communicate authorization status and requirements to internal team, patients and providers.

Assist patients with understanding insurance coverage, co-pays, and potential alternatives if coverage is denied.

Applicants must pass a background check upon hire.
