WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
This role will be responsible for a wide variety of job functions with responsibilities stretching into Senior Project Engineer. You will be working with a team of talented business professionals focused on meeting the needs of customers to solve a wide variety of engineering and equipment needs.

Senior Project Engineer Responsibilities:
• Research, design, and develop 3D models and detailed engineering drawings for parts and assemblies
• Independently manage assigned projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met
• Develop comprehensive design documentation, including product manuals and technical guides
• Conduct engineering analyses and feasibility studies to support design decisions
• Clearly document and communicate project status, design changes, and technical findings
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to address ambiguous or undefined challenges
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to align on project goals
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
• Support prototype development and production builds through hands-on involvement and coordination
• Prepare and maintain cost estimates, project timelines, and resource schedules
• Mentor junior engineers and interns, delegating tasks and supporting professional growth
Senior Project Engineer – Additional Possibilities:
• Assist with product installations at customer job sites to ensure proper function and integration
• Perform light assembly and fabrication to support prototyping and design validation
Senior Project Engineer Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical product design and development
• Proven ability to research, conceptualize, and develop innovative product solutions
• Proficient in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks); experience with PDM systems is a plus
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly processes
• Hands-on ability to construct prototypes and support fabrication of new and existing products
• Skilled in planning, scheduling, and coordinating complex design projects
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer teams
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• High level of personal integrity, initiative, and accountability
• Background in mechanical systems, construction equipment, or agricultural machinery preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with design validation tools such as FEA or tolerance analysis is a plus
• Experience supporting or leading field installations, product launches, or continuous improvement projects is desirable
The pay range for this role is:
80,000 - 95,000 USD per year(Main Office)
