What You’ll Do
As a Press Brake Operator, you will shape the raw components of our "American-Made" products:
- Machine Operation: Select appropriate tooling and follow precision procedures for metal bending.
- Optimization: Adjust machine settings and parameters to ensure peak performance.
- Quality & Safety: Verify tool condition before use and measure finished parts to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced production environment with evolving priorities.
Who You Are
- Eager to Learn: No prior experience is necessary—just a strong desire to master a new trade.
- Mechanically Minded: You have basic math and computer skills and a high attention to detail.
- Physical Stamina: You are comfortable standing and walking for long periods and can lift up to 50 pounds.
