As part of the Kito Crosby team, you will be supporting channel partners and end users around the world using Kito Crosby products in mission critical applications ranging from development of renewable power, space exploration, national defense, manufacturing, and infrastructure development. The Set-up Tech is responsible for setting up and changing over all CNC machines as required to meet production goals and will be required to operate a CNC machine when not performing set-ups or changeovers. Understands blueprints and written specifications. Skillfully uses all machinist’s hand tools and measuring instruments. Possesses knowledge of shop mathematics. Familiar with the various metals, speeds, and feeds to be used in machining. Capable of shaping metal bars, forgings, and castings to precise dimensions and finishes. Has a minimum of rejected parts with maximum productivity. Must be able to operate one or more machines as required to meet production and quality standards with maximum productivity. | ||
