Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/CCMA) to join our team at El Dorado Springs Medical Center! CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. About the Department: El Dorado Springs Medical Center offers Primary Care, Walk in hours, Mental Health Services, with access to provide Laboratory services and X-Ray. Services offered are acute walk-in care, geriatric, simple procedures, contraception management, wellness care, obstetrical care, weight loss management and pediatrics.

A typical day includes: being responsible for managing the care of patients experiencing medical conditions.

• Must be able to assess the patient's condition, administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs.
• Keep records and provide patients and families with support and education.
• The nurse maintains a wide array of medical care knowledge in order to care for a diverse group of patients.

Job Requirements:

• Education:Graduate of an accredited nursing program, LPN; or Medical Assistant Program
• Experience: Previous Nursing or related healthcare experience.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong critical thinking/problem-solving skills; exhibits valuable time management skills.
• Licensure/Certification:Required: LPN license active in the state of Missouri or active verifiable Medical Assistance Certification
• Physical: The ability to stand for extended periods of time
