What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents
Conduct assessments, monitor resident conditions, and support care planning
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations
Foster a supportive and respectful environment where residents feel valued

What You’ll Need

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
Ability to follow oral and written instructions and procedures
Strong communication and clinical skills
Previous nursing experience preferred
