Burnett Medical Center is currently seeking a full-time or part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in our long term care nursing home.

This position is a benefit-eligible position, including health, dental, vision along with employer paid life insurance and short-term disability insurance. We offer PTO and up to a 3% match for our 401k retirement plan.

SHIFT & HOURS:
12-hour shifts (6am-6pm, 6pm-6am)

5 days a pay period for full-time position

4 days a pay period for part-time position

every third weekend

1 winter and 1 summer holiday

Up to $40/hour

JOB SUMMARY

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides quality resident care. Provides the management and coordination of clinical and other unit activities on the resident unit. Demonstrates personal and professional growth and competent nursing practice.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Wisconsin (or ability to acquire WI license).
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Experience in Geriatric Nursing preferred.
• Administrative or Charge Nurse experience preferred.

• Must pass drug screen and physical therapy evaluation at the time of hire.
