You will assist adults with developmental disabilities in their homes. You will provide direct care on an individual basis, working on programs and goals, assist with daily living skills, and provide the support and supervision to help them be as independent as possible.

First Aid & CPR Certified

Valid Driver's License

Vehicle liability insurance

Assistance with Medication Certification (SAMS)

Reliable transportation

GED or equivalent

Pass a federal background check

Compassionate and a caring demeanor

Ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
