The ideal applicant should be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Oklahoma, 2+ years of litigation experience is preferred, not required. This position involves staff oversight responsibilities and team collaboration. Applicants should be self-motivated with strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and communication skills. Core responsibilities include tasks related to legal debt collection, writing articles and regulatory bulletins about changes in the law, bench-bar relations and leadership roles in legal consumer financial services.
