What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate insurance verification and clean billing processes:

• Review and verify patient insurance information for accuracy and completeness

• Maintain and update patient demographic and account information

• Review medical documentation to confirm eligibility for equipment and services

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clean and timely billing processes

• Identify and resolve discrepancies that may impact approvals or billing

• Maintain accurate documentation and records within internal systems

• Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues and support workflow

• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• Experience in insurance verification, healthcare administration, or a related role

• Experience working in a medical or healthcare environment

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Basic computer proficiency (Office 365, Adobe, and related systems)

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
