• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to secure bookings for group events, such as private dinners, spa treatments, entertainment, and excursions. Negotiate pricing and ensure all details are aligned with the client's vision.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate transportation, lodging, and activities for large groups, making sure timelines are followed and expectations are exceeded.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear, responsive, and professional communication with clients, understanding their needs and offering expert recommendations throughout the planning process.
• Budget Management: Provide transparent and comprehensive cost estimates, manage payments, and assist clients in staying within their budget without compromising on the experience.
• Problem Solving: Handle any issues or changes that arise promptly and efficiently, ensuring that clients' experiences are not disrupted.
• On-Site Event Support: Assist in coordinating and managing the event day logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly and clients enjoy a stress-free experience.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest trends in travel, events, and bachelorette celebrations to continuously offer fresh, exciting ideas to clients.
