As part of the Kito Crosby team, you will be supporting channel partners and end users around the world using Kito Crosby products in mission critical applications ranging from development of renewable power, space exploration, national defense, manufacturing, and infrastructure development. Works under the direction of the Engineer/OPEX Manager to provide interdepartmental and shop floor technical support in areas related to the Company’s manufacturing activities. Professionally conducts assignments in the following areas, including but not limited to, productivity and process improvements, tooling and fixture design or redesign, cost reductions, etc. Responsibilities include the establishment and maintenance of the engineering drawing libraries for all products, tooling, and fixtures; accountable for the proper creation, retention, and disposal of engineering records per the latest retention policy. The position is also responsible for the maintenance of databases associated with CNC product machining, heat treat recipes, swage die machining programs, fixture component machining programs as well as production gage prints. | ||

Role is On Site in Jacksonville, AR. Ability to commute from the Jacksonville/Little Rock, AR and/or wider metropolitan area is desirable. Relocation is unavailable for this role. | ||

Education Requirements: | ||
Engineering A.S. required, or equivalent. A combination of education & experience with a desire to pursue a B.S in Engineering is preferred. Kito Crosby has continuing educational support available. | ||
Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions: | ||
Normal office conditions. Office may be located in a multi-level office building. Job demands may require long periods of sitting, telephone work, and/or computer work, as well as interaction with other people. Normal office conditions include walking, standing, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, lifting, driving, and/or traveling. Moderate exposure to shop conditions, which are variable depending on the task assigned, but are generally dirty. Is subject to shop noise. Involves extensive standing and walking. Skin and eyes are subject to drying and irritating fumes, vapors, and solutions controlled to OSHA standards. Works both in and out doors, normally indoors, with sometimes dusty or confining work areas when in the shop/lab. | ||
