Job Summary:

As a Restaurant Host at the Pump House, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a smile, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
• Manage reservations, both over the phone and in person, and assist with waitlist coordination.
• Provide accurate wait times and escort guests to their tables while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Effectively communicate with the restaurant team to manage table turnover and customer flow.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a tidy and organized host stand, lobby, and waiting areas.
• Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Host or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
