You will join a skilled field operations team dedicated to high-quality residential and commercial construction projects. This role is designed for a motivated individual eager to expand their technical carpentry knowledge under the guidance of experienced professionals. You will play a key part in a drama-free, family-owned business that prioritizes teaching and long-term career stability.

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to assist in accurate project layouts.

• Execute precise measurements and material cuts to minimize waste and ensure structural integrity.

• Operate various power tools and equipment safely and efficiently on diverse job sites.

• Assist senior carpenters with framing, finishing, and general structural tasks.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all site safety protocols.

• Apply a positive attitude and follow detailed directions to meet project deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of carpentry principles and hand tool operation.

• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and perform accurate measurements.

• Proven track record of reliability and a strong desire to learn the trade.

• Physical ability to perform manual labor in an onsite construction environment.

• Approximately 1 year of related work experience in construction or carpentry.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Proficiency with a wide range of power tools.

• Weekly pay cycle.

• Potential for overtime hours.
