Job Overview
Company: Wade Tractor & Adrenalin Powersports
Salary/Pay Rate: $18 to $30 per hour plus Commission
Location: Onsite (Griffin, GA).
Job/Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Alternating Saturdays (from March-December & 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM), and Overtime
Project Scope: Residential, Commercial, and Government/Federal
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required
The Opportunity You will serve as a vital technical expert, ensuring the peak performance of high-end lawn, agricultural, construction, and powersports equipment. This role allows you to apply advanced diagnostic skills in a family-oriented environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction over raw profit.
How You Will Make an Impact
Execute high-quality repairs and maintenance on zero-turn mowers, off-road vehicles, and construction/agricultural machinery.
Diagnose complex electrical and hydraulic system issues using modern electronic service tools and computers.
Maintain modern diesel emission systems to ensure equipment meets all performance and environmental standards.
Collaborate with a close-knit team to uphold the highest levels of customer service and shop safety.
Document all service work accurately to ensure transparency and trust with our diverse client base.
Troubleshoot mechanical failures in real-time to minimize equipment downtime for our agricultural and residential partners.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3 years of mechanical experience within the equipment or powersports industry.
Proven proficiency in diesel engine repair and modern emission system maintenance.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate diagnostic computers and hydraulic testing tools.
Possession of basic mechanical tools necessary for daily repair and maintenance tasks.
Demonstrated track record of punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience working specifically with Woods, BushHog, Bad Boy, Polaris, or New Holland brands.
Advanced technical training in electrical diagnostics and complex hydraulic systems.
Forklift operation experience
Passion for long-term career growth and obtaining brand-specific master certifications.
