You will take a central role in our emergency response team, leading the frontline efforts to stabilize and restore properties after water, fire, or mold damage. As a Lead Technician in a growing startup branch, you will have the direct responsibility of managing field crews and ensuring every job site reflects our high standards of restoration excellence.
How You Will Make an ImpactDirect the daily activities of mitigation crews to ensure efficient water extraction and structural drying.
Execute precise moisture mapping and psychrometric monitoring to track restoration progress.
Manage the setup and placement of specialized air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA scrubbers.
Formulate clear and accurate digital documentation of job site conditions for insurance compliance.
Coordinate the safe removal and inventory of damaged contents and structural materials.
Facilitate professional communication with property owners to explain the restoration process and timeline.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in emergency restoration or mitigation.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior technicians in a high-pressure field environment.
Proven proficiency in using industry-standard moisture detection tools and documentation software.
Physical capability to handle heavy equipment and work in varied property environments.
Current IICRC certifications in Water Restoration (WRT) or Applied Structural Drying (ASD).
Previous experience managing high-volume residential or commercial mitigation projects.
Strong problem-solving skills when faced with complex structural drying challenges.
