The Business Development Manager is a strategic thinker and relationship builder who plays a crucial role in driving Morgan-Keller’s growth and success.

Essential Duties

1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities: This includes market research, identifying potential clients, and developing new business strategies.
2. Building and maintaining relationships: Cultivating strong relationships with potential and existing clients, stakeholders, and partners.
3. Generating leads and managing the sales pipeline: Implementing lead generation strategies, managing the sales process, and developing proposals.
4. Developing and implementing business plans: Creating detailed plans for new markets, client needs, and new products.
5. Collaborating with other teams: Working with sales, marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure goals are aligned.
6. Closing deals and securing partnerships: Leveraging negotiation skills to finalize deals and strategic partnerships.
7. Training and development: Training sales staff on business development strategies and techniques.
