Read technical standards and adjust machines and materials accordingly

Handle machine and line set up

Perform quality checks at regular intervals on items such as density, airholes and gas hole placements , silicone application, ect

Adjust oven and extruder temperatures

Read schedules for required production run

Run multiple extrusion lines

Complete daily paperwork correctly before end of shift ie: scrap, attainment, efficiency

Move material using forklift

Coordinate job assignments to achieve attainment expectations and meet customer demand

Uses problem solving tools to analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems. Perform 10x’s and judge if in or out of spec in. If needed, supplying when maintenance mold tech is called.

Responsible for knowing quality requirements.

Responsible for the quality of product produced on their shift and able to take appropriate measures necessary to resolve. This starts with First piece done properly.

Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines

Performs job tasks with honesty, confidentiality, and professionalism.
